By using PhazeVPN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Availability

PhazeVPN is currently in Beta. We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions during the beta period.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PhazeVPN for illegal activities, including but not limited to: copyright infringement, hacking, spamming, or the distribution of malware. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. PhazeVPN is used for privacy; do not share your account or configuration files with others.

5. Zero Logs

While we don't log your activity, we do monitor server health and overall network load to ensure performance for all users.
